Thai Airways holds “See the World Sense the World” photo contest

Bangkok, 24 April 2019 – Thai Airways International (THAI) is holding “See the World Sense the World” photo contest for passengers who travel with THAI or THAI Smile during 26 April – 15 July 2019 and share photographs on social media to win roundtrip tickets.
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older who travel with THAI or THAI Smile within the dates indicated.
Photographic entries shall be posted as public posts on Instagram or Facebook with a limitation of three photos for each trip.
The caption must include flight number, date of departure, #LetsSenseTheWorld, and tag @ThaiAirways or @ThaiSmileAirways.
THAI and THAI Smile are offering a total of 38 THAI Royal Silk, THAI Economy, or THAI Smile Economy roundtrip air tickets for winners.
The TAT’s International PR Division embarked on a journey from 10-12 May to take in the sights and sounds in Prachin Buri, Nakhon Nayok, and Nakhon Ratchasima provinces. They also dropped by at Khao Yai National Park, which borders all three of these provinces.

Sponsored by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the International Balloon Festival at Hat Yai 2019 will see the skies above Songkhla’s provincial capital bursting with larger-than-life characters and colour.
Taking place from 10-12 May at Jiranakorn Stadium in Hat Yai, the three-day festival of inflatable fun will feature 15 spectacular hot air balloons from Thailand and abroad, including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, USA, Brazil, Japan and Vietnam.
In the daily program, there are morning activities from 06.00 – 08.00 Hrs. and evening activities from 17.00-22:00 Hrs. The morning activities include balloon flights, balloon tethering and walk-in balloon opportunities to get up close with the balloons and their pilots. The evening activities include the dazzling Balloon Night Glow performance with light and sound effects and international balloon display, as well as the balloon tethering and walk-in balloon attractions.

As always, this year’s edition of the International Balloon Festival @ Hat Yai promises heaps of fun. And for those who are visiting Hat Yai for the event, it’s an opportunity to take in some of the local attractions. These include the Hat Yai floating market, Magic Eye 3D Museum, Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Natural History Museum and Phra Maha Chedi Tripob Trimongkol.
